We have built a single-duct, double-wall steel stack in Olsztyn, 70 m high and 3.1 m in diameter, with an insulated flue gas duct made of Corten B steel with a diameter of 2.8 m.
We have comprehensively performed: design works, prefabrication, delivery and assembly of the stack together with the equipment with a total weight of about 100 tonnes. The stack equipment included: ladders with a fall protection system; Tuned Liquid Damper; platform for operation of measuring nozzles; condensate drainage system and obstruction lighting system.
The assembly was carried out using the Q300t and Q100t cranes (Herkules S.A.) and Q70t (Rybacki Usługi Dźwigowe) in 8 days.
